To add a printer on a Windows machine: Go to Start button: Run: Type in \\edison then click OK. A window opens with a selection of printers. Double click the printer that you would like to add. A message box opens: "You are about to connect to a printer on edison..." click YES, it will then install the printer on your computer.

To add a printer on a Mac: If the Printer Setup Utility icon is not in your dock - double click your Hard Drive: Applications: Utilities: Priner Setup Utility - double click. A Printer List window opens. Single click +Add. A window opens with a selection of printers. Scroll down until you find printer you would like to add. To the right of selected printer it should say Bonjour. Click the Add button in bottom right corner. Print browser window opens with Installable options: Select options that apply. Click continue. The printer will now appear in your print list.
